President Museveni’s advisor, Tamale Mirundi has clarified that if Museven Loses Presidential elections, he will not hand over the seat to Kizza Besigye.
Mirundi made the remarks on Tuesday in NBS TV Extra with Tamale Mirundi programme.
“Museveni cannot hand over to a hostile Besigye,” Mirundi asserted.
He said if Museveni really does hand over power to Besigye, he will be booking a seat on the Luzira bus.
“If he does, he will be booking a seat on the Luzira bus. He can’t do that”, said Mirundi
He added that no one among the eight presidential candidates has the capacity to beat the veteran president.
“If you want to defeat President Museveni, you have to bring someone who is a better Museveni and not a Westerner.”
Museveni is facing the greatest test of his life as Uganda prepares to elect their preferred President.Vairous opinion polls have suggested that Besigye will beat President Museveni by a big margin, which Mirundi has refuted.
