News reaching us indicates that there is a huge fire in one of the buildings in Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology (JKUAT)
Sources say the fire broke out at around 1 pm in one of the hostels and spread to adjacent building.The students tried to contain it but they were overwhelmed.
Only students are seen at the scene, trying to salvage their belongings.
The source of the fire has not been established.
