Chris Kirubi is the fifth richest person in Kenya and the most influential businessman in East Africa.Kirubi’s wealth is distributed across all industries and runs into billions of shillings.

After realizing money is good, Kirubi entered the field of real estate. He started buying plots in various towns at a throw away price. In 1980, he had more than 30 pieces of land scattered across the country.
He later developed rental apartments which he sold to winning buyers, especially in Nairobi.
