You can pursue a degree course in Kenya without attaining a C+ grade in KCSE—there are several universities which allow these students to enroll for undergraduate course even with a grade D or C-.
The minimum requirement to enroll for any degree course in Kenya is a C+ regardless of the course you intend to study.
