Youthful ODM politician, Anthony Kibagendi ,has joined Jubilee.
Kibagendi, who had a promising political future in ODM resolved to join Jubilee after he was rigged out in Kitutu Chache ODM nominations.
Last month, the Maseno Alumni started talks with top Jubilee leaders, led by Obure.The talks bore fruits and he is now tasked to deliver thousands of votes to Jubilee, a task that is not easy to achieve.
In a press statement, Jubilee confirmed Kibagendi has joined them:
“Sunday 18th June 11.30am
Over 20 ODM Youth Leaders lead by Antony Kibagendi of Kitutu Chache South are set to defect to Jubilee Party tomorrow at 11.30am to be received by Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju at Jubilee HQ. They say NASA has no Succession plan and deny youth leadership within the party”.
It’s a blow to the insensitive Raila, who openly failed to allow democracy to prevail and allowed selfish individuals to destroy the party.
