Many Kenyans always question whether Jumia products are genuine? It’s the interest of everyone to buy a genuine product and before taking the step, a company that sells the product has to be reviewed.
I am one of the regular Jumia customers since the guys deliver their products to my house.I started shopping at Jumia 3 years ago and since then I have never looked back;whenever I need a laptop or phone, I call Jumia and make a request after adding a Cart on their website.
Since I started buying from Jumia I have never been disappointed, but I remember one time when I bought a phone from them and later realized it was fault. I returned it to the company and I was sorted.
The concern of many Kenyans to the extent of asking whether the products sold at Jumia are genuine is their pricing-Jumia products are extremely cheap, so cheap that no shop in Nairobi sells cheaper than them.
