Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has been re-arrested.
Babu was arrested this evening as he was about to take a shower in his house and taken to the cell.
The cause of his arrest is not known but it’s believed orders came from above. He is expected to spend the night in the cell before he is charged tomorrow morning.
Babu was arrested earlier this week after abusing the president. He spent two nights in the cell before he was released on Ksh500, 000 cash bail.
