Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has revealed that police have been sent to arrest him.
The MP said on Facebook:
“I’m at milimani Court and the police have been sent to arrest me again”.
Owino,who led successful NASA demonstrations yesterday, was arrested two weeks ago for insulting the president. He spent a total of two days before he was released. But soon after his release, he was again arrested for allegedly assaulting Embakasi East voter.
If is claims are true, the MP might spend the weekend in a cell.
