The police have finally identified two notorious men who are believed to be behind stealing of laptops in Nairobi CBD.
The two men were arrested at Luthuli Avenue where they own an electronics shop. In their possession there were hundreds of stolen laptops and mobile phones.
A statement from the police confirming the arrest read:
“Detectives from Parklands Police Station are calling upon members of the public who may have lost laptops within the city in the recent past to visit the station and establish whether their gadgets could be among 9 laptops recovered in a shop along Luthuli Avenue. This is after two house break-in suspects whose photos are attached were arrested leading to the discovery. One of the laptops has since been identified by the owner who had reported its loss”
