- d) Primary purpose: To deliver exceptional Customer Service to customers in line with iSON BPO customer experience metrics.

- f) Qualifications, work experience and attributes:
- Minimum of diploma
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Calm disposition and customer service orientation
- Above average typing speed and computer knowledge
- Displays a positive attitude
- Ability to remain positive and energetic throughout a work day.
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience
- Must be flexible to work any shift (day or night); weekends and public holidays
