Believe it or not KCB CEO Joshua Oigara’s salary is Ksh5.6 million per month. Oigara,who joined KCB from Bamburi Cement, earned Ksh 273 million in 2018
Oigara is the fourth highest paid CEO in Kenya after Safaricom CEO, Sportpesa CEO and Centum CEO.The KCB CEO pocketed Ksh 180 million as bonuses in 2018 after KCB surpassed its financial target.KCB posted a profit of Ksh 24 billion before tax.
Mr Oigara is expected to leave KCB this year for another challenge. He joined the biggest banking institution in Kenya in 2011 from Bamburi Cement where he served as CFO.
