The Modern Coast bus KCF 614 U was responsible for the killing of 33 people in Nithi.The bus lost control after brakes failed, it was carrying 45 passengers. Rescue operation is ongoing.
Sources say that the drive has been complaining that the vehicle’s brakes were fault. Even when he complained to the authority, no action was taken.
