A disappointed customer reacted angrily after discovering that a live snail was in a salad he was about to feast on at Java House Nairobi.
The customer, who had bought the expensive salad, was about to take his first bite, but was shocked to notice a well fed snail emerging from the plate.
Fred Chumo left the meal on the table and immediately reported to Java House Management.

The management, however, promised to investigate the matter, but water had already been spilt as social media reacted to Chumoโs sentiments.
