Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho,possess a degree from Uganda, but do you know what he scored in KCSE?This man scored a D- but there is no evidence he pursued a certificate course before joining his undergraduate degree in the neighbouring country.

Joho schooled at Serani Secondary School and was among the bottom students in KCSE.He completed his high school studies in 1993.
But despite not being so intelligent in school, he was able to become the governor of one of the biggest cities in Kenya, Mombasa.
The governor is among those targeted by the government for allegedly not earning his degree genuinely.
