Reporting to the Monitoring and Reporting Specialist, the Monitoring and Reporting Analyst will provide support to the Regional Office (RO), Country Office (CO)/ Multi Country Office (MCO) colleagues in incorporating monitoring and reporting into programme formulation as well tracking against Strategic Plan targets and the reporting of results to internal and external audiences. |

Duties and Responsibilities |

Provide guidance and support to country offices and multi country offices in the incorporating monitoring and reporting into programme formulation:
Contribute substantively to the monitoring and tracking of results against country/ regional level targets and UN Women Strategic Plan:
Provide guidance and support to CO/ MCO in the reporting of results to internal (Senior Management) and external (Executive Board, Donors) audiences:
Provide technical support to the CO/MCO in the implementation the UN Women Evaluation Policy:
Contribute to knowledge building and capacity building:

The Driver provides reliable and safe driving services to the UN Women Operations and Program Staff and other high-ranking UN officials and visitors ensuring the highest standards of discretion and integrity, sense of responsibility, and excellent knowledge of protocol and security issues. The Driver also demonstrates a client-oriented approach, courtesy, confidentiality, tact and ability to work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Driver can be also required to provide driving services to the operations and programme staff in the Office, consultants and experts and UN staff on mission. The Driver will provide basic administrative and clerical support to the UN Women Regional Office. |
