Deputy President William Ruto has today skipped the Huduma Number registration exercise which he was scheduled to preside over in Machakos.
The DP,who is second in command, was expected in Machakos today morning alongside President Kenyatta but he instead decided to make himself busy elsewhere. It’s only the President and Interior CS Fred Matiangi who attended the exercise .
Meanwhile, former opposition leader Raila Odinga was in Mombasa to launch the exercise and he slept almost the entire session.Kalonzo and Mudavadi was also assigned duties in particular regions,
We cannot establish why Ruto was conspicuously missing but rumour has it that he went to receive an important visitor at JKIA.
