President Uhuru Kenyatta announced his new cabinet on Tuesday evening, which was dominated by new faces among them Charles Keter.
The cabinet reshuffle was highly anticipated considering the status of many Cabinet Secretaries who stepped down due to corruption allegations in their ministries.
