DP Ruto’s leading blogger Dennis Itumbi has announced that Ruto is leading by over 200,000 votes.Itumbi,who oversees tallying of presidential votes for Ruto claims that it’s impossible for Raila to catch up considering that over 97% of the votes have been cast.
