Former CS Fred Matiangi has said that he is ready to testify over the death of Chris Musando, Jacob Juma, Kenei, River Yalla and Baby Pendo. The presidential hopeful is accused of dumping bodies in River Yalla. Government bloggers and supporters say that Matiangi is not fit to rule because he was involved in several deaths.
Chris Musando was killed over the 2017 elections. Kenei was working in Ruto’s office while Jacob Juma was killed along Ngong Road.
Fred Matiangi wants to clear his name and contest for the 2027 elections. He is the frontrunner in the opposition against Kalonzo Musyoka. If Matiangi clears his name over the Yalla deaths,he will be among the cleanest presidential candidates.
