A woman died yesterday in a Nakuru Cell as she was waiting for the release of her husband who was allegedly over-speeding while taking her to hospital.
The police saw the man’s car and since it’s a law not to over-speed,they stopped it.The man explained to the police that he was rushing his wife to hospital but all his words fell on deaf ears.
He was ordered to drive into the cell with his ailing wife.When reaching there, he begged them to allow him to rush his wife to the nearest hospital for treatment.The police told him to clear with them first before they release him.
After waiting for more than 2 hours ,the woman died.
