Julius Yego has once again proved that he’s a champion after winning gold in Javelin at the IAAF World Championships in China.
Yego set a new African record after a 92.72m throw which erased his previous record of 91.39 at the Sainsbury’s Birmingham IAAF Diamond League.
His gold pushes Kenya’s medals to a total of 10 (5 gold, 3 silvers and 2 bronze): Kenya is ranked first in the competition.
