In Nairobi,there are thousands of fresh graduates looking for employment.These people have attractive academic qualifications but due to limited opportunities,they end up jobless,at least for sometime.

It has been researched and discovered that the above companies recruit in masses annually,meaning that at any given time,they have available job vacancies.But it’s hard to notice that because they usually don’t advertise for available opportunities—advertisements are expensive and time consuming.
What these companies do is to pick CVs from their database and call applicants for interviews-if you had applied,well and good.
Most of the companies we have listed here employ graduates with at leas ta degree course.They mostly advertise Management Trainee positions,which require absolutely no skills.
