Former Deputy Inspector General Grace Kaindi has been ejected from Vigilance house after refusing to vacate her office on Thursday.
There was drama on Thursday at her office when she refused to hand over her position to the newly appointed Deputy Inspector General Joel Kitili
Head of Civil Services Francis Kinyua visited her at Vigilance House in order to persuade her hand over peacefully but she refused, demanding a formal dismissal letter from the President.
Later in the evening, Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet accompanied with Mr.Kitili visited Grace in the office but their efforts to force her hand over did not bear fruits.
Though Kaindi stood her ground, it has been revealed that at midnight, several police officers forced their way to her office and ejected her .She was locked out of the house and told not to appear near Vigilance House.
