Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari is expected in Kenya today, January, 27 2017
Buhari will be received by President Uhuru Kenyatta and will be accorded 21-gun salute at the Eldoret International Airport.
The two will be joined by Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud will then proceed to the ninth Kenya Rifles, Moi Barracks, Eldoret for a special inter-denominational service to celebrate the lives of Kenya’s gallant soldiers who died in Somalia.
President Uhuru and his counterpart, Buhari, will later preside over a Kenya-Nigeria Business Forum in Nairobi.
Being the first time Buhari is visiting Kenya since his election as the President of Nigeria, he is expected to hold special closed door meeting with President Uhuru to discuss the relationship between Kenya and Nigeria.
