Foreign Affairs PS Karanja Kibicho is on a mission to eliminate alcohol addiction in Central Kenya, but he was shocked on Wednesday after finding a condom in one of the tanks with alcohol ripe for drinking.
The shock on his face was enough to justify that there are people more evil than Satan. The condom was not only used but also with the remains of the act.
During the operation, he managed also to get used pads and used pαnts inside the alcohol tanks, well mixed.
