Brookhouse International School has been sold to Educas, a UK-based private equity fund, for Sh3.6 billion.Educas is now the owner of one of the most expensive schools in Kenya.

The school, which is located near Bomas of Kenya, hosted the famous debate for the aspiring Presidential candidates for 2013 general elections.

The school’s founder Piyush Mehta was among those who sold his 25 percent share. Others include Victoria Bank which sold their 20 percent stake at the institution.AfricInvest, the largest shareholders in the institution, also sold their 30 percent shares

Brookhouse trains British Curriculum and it’s one of the most expensive International Schools in Kenya since it attracts kids from affluent families. The institution has unique and one of the best structures in the city.
