These are the payment methods to use when paying for DSTV subscriptions

MPESA (STK)

Go to the Safaricom menu and select ‘M-PESA’
Enter the DStv Business number i.e. Paybill number: DStv: 444900
Enter the DStv Basket ID (reference number) as displayed on Eazy Self Service
Enter the amount you want to pay
Confirm the details entered, Click ‘Ok’
The following message will be displayed: Sending >>> Sent Wait for Mpesa to Reply, then Click ‘Ok”
You will then receive a confirmation SMS of your payment.

Please ensure that your decoder is on before making payment.

Mpesa (Bonga PIN)

Select the option: Mpesa (with Bonga PIN)
Enter your mobile number
Enter an amount greater than KSH10
On the “LIPA NA MPESA” screen enter your mobile number in the following format i.e. 2547200000
Tick the box to acknowledge ‘I agree with the terms and conditions’
Click on ‘Lipa na Mpesa’
To complete this transaction, enter your PIN on your handset. If you don’t have a PIN, press 0 and follow the instructions.
Once your payment is successful you will be presented with the ‘RESULT: Successful’ and will be redirected back to Eazy Self Service

NOTE: Don’t have a BongaPIN?

1. Dial *126# and reply with 5 or dial *126*5#
2. Select the “Change current PIN” option
3. Enter current Bonga PIN
4. Enter the last direct top-up amount
5. Enter new PIN
6. Confirm new PIN
7. Click OK to confirm

CraftSilcon

Select the option: VISA/MasterCard (powered by CraftSilicon) and click on ‘Next’
Enter the following details as displayed on your VISA/MasterCard credit card
- Your name and surname
- Card number
- Expiry date (select the month and year)
- Card Verification Number (CVC / CVV number as displayed at the back of your card)
- Amount to pay
Click on ‘Pay Online’
Once your payment is successful you will be presented with the ‘RESULT: Successful’ and will be redirected back to Eazy Self Service

Orange Money

To make a payment:

Go to Orange Menu, select ‘Orange’ or the SIM card icon. Select ‘Orange Money. Select ‘Payments’ (Please ensure Decoder is on) No fees charged. Please quote your MultiChoice Kenya Subscriber Number or Smartcard Number. Only the Kenyan Shillings Currency is accepted.

Multichoice Office

Customers can pay for their DStv subscriptions at one of the following Multichoice Offices:

Westlands, Off Karuna Road behind Sarit Centre

Weekdays – 8am to 8pm
Weekends – 9am to 5pm
Public holidays – 9am to 3pm

Greenspan shopping mall, Donholm

Weekdays 8am to 7pm
Weekends – 9am to 7pm
Public Holidays – 9am to 3pm

T Mall, along Langata/Mbagathi Way, Ground Floor next to Tuskys Supermarket

Weekdays – 8am to 9pm
Saturdays – 9am to 9pm
Sundays – 9am to 7pm
Public Holidays – 9am to 3pm

Diamond Trust Bank (DTB)

Select ‘Pay Utilities’
Select ‘DStv’
Select the product identifier e.g. Smartcard number or Customer number
Enter the number of the selected the product identifier e.g. Smartcard number or Customer number
Enter the amount you want to pay
Select the linked bank account to service the payment
Enter the PIN number of the bank account selected
Click on Pay to process payment

Equity Bank

You can now pay your DStv bill by simply following the steps below:

How to pay using your Equitel line

1.On the Equitel menu select My Money
2.Select Eazzy Pay > Select Paybill
3.Select the Account to pay from
4.Select Business> Select More> Select DStv
5.Enter your Bill Account Number
6.Enter Amount
7.Press OK to confirm details of the transaction displayed on the screen
8.Enter your PIN and send
9.You will receive a confirmation SMS, upon completion of the transaction

How to pay using the Equity Bank’s Eazzy App

Press the plus (+) icon at the bottom of the screen

Select Eazzy Pay from the pop up menu displayed

Select Paybill

Enter Paybill number 6800009 or search contact by typing DStv or on the search bar

Enter your DStv bill number

Enter Amount

Click on the Pay option

You will receive a confirmation SMS, upon completion of the transaction

You can pay at any Equity Bank Branch near you over the counter.

This option is available to all. You will receive a copy of the payment slip. The payment done will be updated via Equity Bank at least hourly.

*D. You can also pay at any Equity Agent outlet

Please ensure that your decoder is on before making payment.

KCB Bank

To Pay Via KCB Bank follow the instructions below.

When paying via KCB Mobi

*522# – USSD
Dial *522*#
Select “Bill Payments > Pay Bill”
Select “DSTV”
Enter Customer number in Bill Account No.
Enter Amount to pay and submit

When paying via KCB App

Select “Transact Icon > Pay Bill > Other Billers”
Select “DSTV”
Enter Customer number in Account No.
Enter Amount to pay and submit

You can also pay at any KCB Bank Agent.
