Leonard Mambo Mbotela is not dead, Venas News has established.
Reports on social media indicated that the veteran journalist is dead. The report further revealed he died at Nairobi hospital. But a source from his family say Mr Mbotela woke up as fit as a fiddle and has never been ill since the beginning of the year.
Mbotela is currently working for KBC as a consultant, he has worked for the media house since Jomo Kenyatta’s time. The media personality retired a decade ago but was offered a contract to consult on various aspects of journalism. He is a father and a husband.
