ODM leader, Raila Odinga has revealed what he plans to do this week.In a Facebook post, Raila said he will suffocate IEBC with daily demonstrations until the commission heeds to his calls for irreducible minimum reforms.
“We shall not relent in our struggle for a free, fair and credible election.
We resume our picketing at IEBC offices countrywide this coming Tuesday and Wednesday. As a coalition we maintain that there will be no election on Thursday and the commission must pave way for meaningful reforms.
Canaan beckons and there is no turning back”, read his Facebook post.
Raila has promised a major announcement Wednesday this week, which is believed to shake the entire country. The country is pregnant with expectations as anxiety continues to grow.
Meanwhile, President Uhuru is about to end his 60-day campaign and has indicated he is ready for the election which is slated for October 26,2017.
