The newly appointed State House Controller Kinuthia Mbugua has banned the consumption of Alcohol within State House premises
Kinuthia made the announcement Monday this week few days after his appointment was confirmed by President Kenyatta. The former Nakuru Governor warned staff against consuming any alcohol brand.
Kinuthia,who is a former Police Commander, has made it clear that he wants a clean and sober State House. He has also clearly outlined his minimum irreducible conditions….tough days ahead for State House staff!!!
