Job Title: ADMINISTRATOR/ RECEPTIONIST
A renowned property management company is seeking to recruit an administrator/ Receptionist to join their team
Duties and responsibilities
- Working closely with the caretaker to ensure a smooth running of the company.
- Receiving Rent and doing the banking.
- Giving reports when need be.
- Attracting potential Tenants by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolving problem/ conflicts by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Attending to clients and providing required information.
- Always ensuring all documents are todate.
- Ensuring accuracy at all levels.
- Managing a proper filling system.
- Operating all office phones, Receiving and forwarding incoming calls
- Recording all outgoing and incoming calls
- Responsible for the office appearance
- Receiving visitors and directing them to the respective stations.
- Managing petty cash.
Receptionist Job Experience
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Experience in property management is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Ability to type
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Numeric, oral and written language applications
- Residing along Waiyaki way will be an added advantage.
