We have an immediate need for Customer Care Specialists at our Nairobi office.
Savo Store is a dynamic, fast-paced, growing e-commerce and logistics company with operations in the United States and Kenya. We have a rapidly growing base of unique and loyal B2C and B2B customers. We are also expanding into other procurement and logistics related services with the goal of becoming a full service procurement and logistics company. We need to add personnel to our team in order to adequately serve the needs of our customers as well as enhance service delivery across all our services. A competitive salary will be offered for this position. There will be a probationary period of 3 months. There will be tremendous opportunities for growth for the successful candidates.

Basic Responsibilities:
โข Provide customer support via email and telephone for general questions about our company and our services.
โข Assist callers by explaining to them how Savo Store works and the differences between our two main services.
โข Help customers navigate our website and walk them through the process of placing an order with us.
โข Update Payments in our internal order management system whenever payments are made by customers.
โข Consistently follow up on promises and commitments made to customers in a timely manner.
โข Assist customers by providing tracking information for processed orders.
โข Assist in processing shipments received from our Courier Partners.
โข Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
Preferred Qualities:
โข 3 to 4 years proven customer service experience
โข Self-starter, proactive and strong leadership skills
โข Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
โข Strong email communication skills
โข Excellent Written & Verbal English communication skills required
โข Polite and quick in problem solving
โข Familiarity with Microsoft Office โ Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
โข Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
โข Bachelor’s degree preferred but not a must
