Masaku 7s 2016 was officially launched by Machakos County Governor Dr. Alfred on Wednesday last week. The event, which is held annually, attracted over 20 teams.
Unlike other years when all the evils were witnessed, this year was calm, thanks to NTSA and the police officers who were manning the stadium.
This year’s edition of Masaku Sevens rugby tournament was sponsored by Nation Media Group (NMG) and East African Breweries (EABL), with EABL presenting a 2 million shilling cheque.
