There was a rare incident in South Sudan when the Transitional National Legislative Assembly (TNLA) speaker Anthony Lino carried food items on his head while visiting the survivors of Juba-Yei road massacre.
The speaker looked jovial and determined to help as he struggled to deliver the food stuffs. He allowed none among his security details to help as he sweat all the way to the destination.
