Deputy President William Ruto has started selling chicken. The DP was spotted in his Kamagut village selling chicken at a throw away price.
The incoming president started his adult journey as a chicken seller in his Turbo village.It’s after he met former President Moi that his life changed forever.Today,he returned to his village to encourage them that even chicken sellers can become billionaires.
“We encourage small scale business people, including poultry farmers to tap into modern rearing methods such as quality feeds, construction of permanent brooder pens, improved storage facilities and value addition. They should pool resources and join cooperative societies that will provide extension services, enable them access credit to produce on a large scale and help the country achieve food security”,Ruto reported in his Facebook page.
