Crystal Palace displayed an impressive game on Saturday at Stamford Bridge to hand Chelsea second defeat of the season.

Man of the match Bakary Sako scored the first goal before Radamel Falcao equalized for Chelsea with a header from a Pedro cross. Before the dust had settled, Joel Ward scored a brilliant goal which left Chelsea defenders stranded in front of their goal.

Yesterday’s loss left Chelsea at position 13; six points shy of League leaders Manchester City who have shown hunger for a Premier League trophy.

Since Jose Mourinho fired Chelsea Doctor Eva Carneiro, the team has lost two of their three consecutive matches.

Chelsea lost their first match against Manchester City who humiliated the ‘special one’ at Etihad Stadium with a 3-0 victory.
