More than 250,000 people live in Pipeline Estate. Most of the houses in the estate were hurriedly build to deal with shortage of housing. The streets are narrow and drainage system is poor. There is traffic jam of people especially during morning and evening hours.
The leaders in this estate are not in a hurry to tarmac the streets or do the drainage system.They ensure the road are pathetic so as to use that as a campaign manifesto.
