There was drama in Court on Friday when Tony Gachoka was ordered to pay Ksh 2 Million fine for contempt of court.Tony and Jeff Koinange were last week ordered to appear in court to answer charges which they were facing but failed to appear.
On Thursday when the Judge ordered them to pay the fine Jeff Koinange managed to pay in split of a second but tony who was relaxed before the Judge mentioned what he didn’t want to hear started sweating when Jeff was finally released.He made numerous calls before a friend asked him how much he had so that they can top up.Shockingly he had only 60K.
When he sought help in all corners and found no one interested,he stood there helpless until the police took him to industrial area prison.He is still in jail,and it’s cold.
