The super-rich always have something that separates them from the ordinary. This is what one of Kenya’s millionaires has demonstrated in Nairobi-building the most expensive Sh 1 billion house in Muthaiga that shocked even the mighty.
Mehraz Ehsani is the architect who took his time to design the house and come up with one of the rare designs in East Africa. According to the official site, “The design of the house is a modern interpretation of life in the Kenyan country-side, where people enjoy brilliant sun-filled days and the beauty of nature, while at night, retire to the darker spaces intended for sleep.”
The house can comfortably accommodate at least 300 guests. It also has two kitchens, a gym, six bedrooms, an inside and an outside Jacuzzi and a swimming pool.
