Job Summary
Main role will be to sign up new accounts in line with set targets (target is 4 times cost to company).
To drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Activity planning
- Execute Sales Process: Prospecting, Prepare visits, conduct visits/phone calls, provide offers, manage sales leads, follow-up, etc.
- Review meetings for existing accounts to maintain and further develop these
- Prepare SOPs for new business and additional lanes secured
- Ensure proper hand-over of new business to Customer Service / Operations
- Coordinate activities with Sales Support
- Maintain CRM tool
- Achievement of personal sales target and maintenance of sales pipeline
- Joint sales visits with HOS & PMs as appropriate
Others
- Any other related duties/projects assigned by the Commercial Manager from time to time in order to meet business needs.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in selling in Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry

Direct Manager: Commercial Manager
Job Summary
Main role will be to Liaise with Product Team for correct pricing and support the sales team in preparation of quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares pricing proposals and ensures their accuracy.
- Supports the sales team in ensuring timely quotes preparation.
- Maintains the quotes register and tracking of quotes.
- Any other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business demands.
Education
- Relevant Certificate or Diploma
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in pricing in the Logistics Industry
