Ruaraka Member of Parliament TJ Kajwang will administer the oath of office to Raila Odinga at Uhuru Park.
The vocal lawyer has already arrived at the venue cladding in official attire for administering the oath. Earlier it was rumoured High Court Judge George Odunga would be responsible but he chickened out.
Kajwang is now sitted next to Miguna Miguna and they are waiting for Raila.Miguna Miguna has been one of Raila’s advisors and the lawyer is among several people who have betrayed the former Prime Minister before.
