A man has been found unconscious and taken to Kiambu District Hospital.The bad thing is that he had not carried his documents,so identifying him was a problem.However,a school leaving certificate belonging to Margaret Mwangi was found in his vehicle.

We found this Gentleman fallen sick and is Diabetic . He is in bad condition , he can’t speak or even gesture who to call, his phone is missing so we can’t call anyone . We have taken him to Kiambu District Hospital coz that’s the only hospital that agreed to admit him without next of kin . The only thing we found in his belongings is a school leaving certificate which we think is his daughters. The name is Margret Mwangi . Below is his I.D and his car . Please share widely we need to find his family coz his health is deteriorating and we can’t make any medical decisions for him since we are just strangers . Thank you
