The government has responded to the news that NYS youths were found in Runda registering ghost voters.
Pictures being circulated on social media show members of the NYS sweating profusely as they answer one or two questions from Kenyans. They are later escorted to the police station. It is believed NYS had plotted to register thousands of youths, but in his response, Dennis Itumbi refuted the claims, saying:
“You must have seen the OUTRIGHT LIE being circulated that NYS officers have been arrested in Runda registering voters.
