GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM
New KCC is a well-established Manufacturing Company in the Dairy Industry looking for young, energetic, highly motivated and competent individuals willing to pursue a rewarding career in the Dairy Sector. The trainees will undergo a development program for one year in our diverse factories located in various regions in Kenya to fast track them into a middle level management position.
The ideal candidates will be the kind of people who grab opportunities and make the most of them and possess the flexibility to progress in a growing and changing business environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry, Laboratory technology, Dairy Technology, Animal Health, Animal Husbandry, Animal Production, and Veterinary Medicine from a recognized university.
- Must have graduated in 2014 to date
- Must be at most 26 years.
- Must be a person of high integrity with a drive to excel
- Must be computer literate.
- Possess excellent communication and team working skills.
- Self-driven with demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines.
