This creature has reportedly raped 23 women in Kiambu.According to villagers, the creature storms houses occupied by women and wee hours of the night to repeatedly rape them.
Njoroge, whose wife was raped two weeks ago,reported the occasion last week:
“I heard noise from my house when I was outside the house milking my cows.My wife was yelling in pain and calling my name. When I went to see,I found her saying,” Mutheca –itu”.The creature had done its part and disappeared in the dark.I checked my wife and indeed she was fresh from the rape”.
Another local reported:
“The ogre attacks from around 2am and 4am. It is usually armed with a torch, big stone and a sword. It has the habit of asking its victims to unzip his black pair of shorts and play around with his manhood. Further, we have heard cases where it rapes women,” Daniel Kihiu, a resident of Ruthiruini reported
Due to the confusion and fear instilled in Kiambu women by the creature,locals have started assembling in specified locations in a mission to kill the creature. But their efforts are yet to bear fruits.
