Martin Kamotho, popularly known as Githeri Man has been taken to Mama Care rehabilitation centre.
Kamotho was admitted yesterday after he became a nuisance as a result of alcohol addiction. Relatives and well-wishers thought his life could end soon and decided to beg the rehab management to admit him.
Photos taken at the rehabilitation centre showed a totally swallowed Kamotho—he couldn’t even recognize himself.
The Githeri man is one of the few Kenyans who were awarded by the President during the 2017 Jamhuri day celebrations. The alcoholic has been drinking since money started trickling in.It seems he wasn’t created to handle big money.
