A matatu belonging to Transline Classic Company caught fire on Friday night, was completely burnt and 11 people died.
The incident happened at Maai Mahiu when the matatu collided head on with a lorry, leading to fire.Several passengers tried to escape but the fire was too much-they were burnt alive.
Only the driver of the matatu survived.
