I Was Drunk, Given This Bill By a Cashier in a Bar. Can I Sue The Bar Owner?

I was drinking a long Thika Road.I tool Soda and beer but after some time, I got drunk and was unable to recall how much I had spent.

The waiter gave me the receipt, which I used to settle the bill.Fortunately,I was able to walk out with the receipt.

This morning, this is what I found on the receipt.

Can I sue the hotel management?
