An NGO in Embu, Kenya is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of OFFICE MANAGER/ADMINISTRATOR.

Candidate must be willing to work and live in Rwika, Embu.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in either Public Administration, Business Administration or Human Resource Management

SKILLS

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages
  3. Strong IT and typing skills
  4. the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  5. good team working skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team
  6. the ability to manage your own workload and supervise the work of others concurrently
  7. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  8. Attention to detail
  9. flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
  10. A problem-solving approach to work
  11. Project management skills.

A familiarity with legislation in the areas of non-profit work, children and social services will be an added advantage.
