Our client is a leading Middle-level Real Estate Company based in Nairobi that offers solutions in areas of property sales/acquisition, property/facilities management & property valuation services.
They seek to hire highly qualified, self-driven, aggressive and result-oriented professionals in the below positions;
1. Accountant
The Incumbent will be responsible for managing company financial matters and ensuring financial stability and growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Financial accounting, forecasting and reporting
- Financial risk analysis, prevention and management
- Budgetary management and controls
- Financial Auditing
- Management of account payables, receivables and inventory
- Statutory management and compliance for all regulatory bodies
- Reconciliatory and treasury functions
- Development & implementation of finance policies and procedures
- Management of the accounts staff and department effectively ensuring deliverables are met
- Ensuring proper and effective utilization of financial, reporting and property management systems in place
- Offering advisory and guidelines to directors/management/staff on effective financial management strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Minimum CPA-K
- 3 years minimum experience in Real Estate Sector and +5 years experience and an accounts/finance professional
- Meticulous planner with high tolerance to high pressure environments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Hands on experience using financial, accounting and MS systems/softwares

2. Property Business Development & Marketing Executive
The incumbent will be responsible for business growth through acquisition and retention of clients, sales & marketing activities and strategies, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and establishing brand presence in the various prospective markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing growth and development strategies
- Source for property letting, management and sale business for the company
- Source for buyers and renters for the sourced properties
- Promote the company’s brand presence in various platforms and markets
- Conduct regular market analysis to estimate property values and also identify competitive prices
- Manage client contract process from acquisition, onboarding to SLA’s
- Conduct property shows with clients and offer alternative solutions with an aim of closing sales
- Achieving set weekly and monthly targets
- Provide periodic weekly and monthly reports on sales operation and generated revenues
Requirements:
- Real Estate management Degree/Diploma or related field
- Proven working experience in sales/marketing in the Real Estate Sector
- Hands on experience on property sales, lease and management business acquisition
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication and closing skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Real Estate market and business environment awareness
- Ability to work independently coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
3.Property & Facilities Manager
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the properties under their portfolio, revenue collections, management of clients relations as well as onboarding new clients for sales, letting or property management.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship management- Owners & Tenants liaison
- Developing and implementing tenant retention and owners retention practices
- Ensuring 100% occupancy of let properties at all times
- Facility maintenance through supervision of caretakers and sourcing/management of contractors/service providers
- Proper lease & contract administration ensuring compliance by all parties
- Updating Owners/landlords of status of their properties
- Effective management of the Service Charge Account through ontime collections of service charge payments, ensuring proper utilization of funds while maintaining value
- Acquisition of new clients for letting/Sale & Management
- Weekly and monthly reports on facilities, operations and income generation.
Requirements:
- Academic qualification in Land Economics, Real Estate or its Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Real Estate Industry as a property/facilities manager
- Must be a member of an Estate Agency Regulatory body
- Excellent customer service and contract management skills
- Strong business development and acquisition skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks to satisfactory levels
4. Property Sales Interns
The personnel will be charged with marketing and selling/leasing the properties in the company’s portfolio and generating lucrative sales pipelines through various physical and digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers & facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification
- Collaborate with internal teams and property managers to create and optimize user experience
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing
- Demonstrated sales knowledge/experience with a passion for selling
- Excellent customer service & relationship building skills
- High creativity in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and interests/attracts
- A team player with a positive attitude, highly creative mind and good interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
